Delete your data

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. We complete every request within 30 days and confirm when it is done. This page also serves as the data deletion instructions for our Facebook app (KAYK) and our Facebook Page (Stay Fair).
1. Email us
Send a message to privacy@stayfaretravel.com with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us which of these you used so we can find your records: the email address you signed up with, and/or that you opted in on Messenger (and, if you know it, roughly when).
2. Messenger data
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from our Page. We stop immediately.
- To delete the Messenger data we hold (your Page-scoped Messenger ID, your opt-in record and our message history), reply DELETE to any message from our Page, or email us as above. We delete it within 30 days.
- You can also remove our app from your Facebook account: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find "KAYK" → Remove. Meta notifies us and we delete your data.
3. Email list
Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving them. To have your address and sign-up details deleted from our email provider (Klaviyo) as well, email us as above.
What gets deleted
Your search records linked to you, advertising identifiers, Messenger identifiers and messages, and email sign-up details. We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example, aggregated statistics that no longer identify you).
