These terms cover your use of stayfaretravel.com and the messages we send you if you ask for them. The site is operated by Mine Marketing ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
What this site is
Stayfare is a travel price comparison front end. We do not sell, book, or provide hotel rooms, flights, or cars, and we do not take payments. When you run a search we hand you to KAYAK, where prices, availability and any booking are provided by KAYAK and its travel partners under their own terms. We earn a referral fee when you arrive at KAYAK through us; that fee never changes the price you see.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability shown by our partners change constantly and are not controlled by us. We make reasonable efforts to send you to relevant results, but we do not guarantee that any price, deal, or offer is available, accurate, or the lowest available.
Messenger and email messages
Where we offer a "Send to Messenger" checkbox or an email sign-up, both are optional and are never pre-selected. If you opt in, we send you the deals you asked for and may reply if you write to us. You can stop at any time: reply STOP to a Messenger message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us. Messenger is provided by Meta and is subject to Meta's own terms.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial travel research. You may not scrape, copy, or harvest the site or its data, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access parts of it that are not intended for you.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from a partner's site, or from any booking you make elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for consumers under mandatory consumer protection rules.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. To delete your data, see our data deletion page.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
